Calisthenic Movement offers different Training programs for special goals. You can find all programs below. These programs are only designed to reach that specific goal and should be done with some experience in bodyweight training or after completing at least the first 3 Level programs, except for the Fatburner program, which also can be done without any experience. The Workouts use specifically adapted effective training methods, include static and dynamis exercises and exact descriptions of the exercises and methods.
These programs contain different bodyweight exercises.
Make sure to have access to a Dip-/Pull Up bar or a pair of rings.
