We recommend you to use the following equipment for training:
- A high bar
- a pair of rings
- a pair of paralletttes
- some resistancebands and
- some weights plus a dip belt, if you want weighted calisthenics training.
If you don’t have one of those and you don’t want to get it you have to tell us, so that we can design the plan without this equipment.
By buying the Online Personal Training you will get access to the questionnaire. Please fill it out and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will start designing your plan right away and will send it to you when it’s done, which will take about up to 7 days.
